Baltimore

Hailing from Baltimore, Founder Sara Potler and founding Board Member Jennifer Meyerhoff are excited about continued growth and reach of Dance 4 Peace in the Baltimore community. Dance 4 Peace has worked with the St. Francis Academy of Baltimore and plans to continue to build upon Baltimore programs as part of school-day and after-school activities. Like Washington, DC and New York City, Dance 4 Peace can be integrated with physical education, art, dance, theater, global studies or civic / character education. Please contact Amanda D'Annucci, U.S. Program Manager, to find out how the Dance 4 Peace curriculum can be a part of your school or community center: amanda@dance4peace.org

“It's a fun and exciting way to get youth engaged while providing an avenue for them to be aware of themselves and how they can contribute positively to society. The program also creates a great rallying point to get youth to think and act globally. It is more amazing that Dance 4 Peace is a program that can be applied globally in differing cultural contexts.”
